Job Description: Support the Account Management team in daily business operations, reporting and process enhancement initiatives. Assist in client data management, including data maintenance, analysis and reporting. Conduct business and client-related data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Support account management activities and help maintain relationships with institutional clients. Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Research and other internal stakeholders to support client servicing and business development initiatives. Assist team leads and business managers in ad hoc projects and operational tasks. Qualifications: Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel; basic programming skills (e.g. Python, VBA, SQL) are a plus. Interest in financial markets and institutional brokerage business. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Detail-oriented, reliable and able to adapt to a fast-paced business environment. A proactive team player who can work effectively with different stakeholders.
