This position reports to: Support Services Specialist __ Key Responsibilities Conduct practical and theoretical training in: Electrical engineering Electronics Power engineering and control technology Impart knowledge and skills according to the training regulations and internal training plan Carry out performance assessments of apprentices Support apprentices in exam preparation and in internal and external projects Promote the development of technical, methodological, and social competencies Collaborate with partner companies, vocational schools, and chambers of industry and commerce Develop and implement new teaching and learning concepts related to digitization Qualifications Completed training as an electronics technician Ideally: further qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman Several years of experience in vocational education (e.g. as a vocational trainer (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, training supervisor (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), master electrician (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), electrical engineering technician (m/f/d), PLC technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification) Knowledge in control technology using VPS and SPS Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting in building installation and power systems Strong computer skills Fluent German (written and spoken); English skills desirable Independent and self-reliant working style, with a willingness to learn Team player with empathy Benefits Retirement plan Gender-neutral paid parental leave Flexible working arrangements Employee share acquisition plan Employee assistance program Please note: in the case of equal suitability, people with severe disabilities and their equals are given preference.
