Job description

JOB INFORMATION We're looking for a high-performing Insurance Sales Producer to join a growing Farmers agency and drive new business across Personal Lines. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll have the opportunity to build relationships, generate new business, close sales, grow your book, and create long-term customer relationships. If you're licensed, competitive, motivated by earning potential, and ready to take your insurance sales career to the next level, we'd love to hear from you. Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and consistent follow-up cadence. Take ownership of opportunities from the initial conversation through the close. Cross-sell products such as: Home Auto Umbrella Life Partner with the Life Insurance Specialist and Commercial Producer when additional opportunities are identified. Ask for referrals at key customer touchpoints. Support retention by proactively engaging clients when opportunities or risks are identified.
