Requirements Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in interior quantity surveying. Good knowledge of interior construction materials, methods, and costs. Familiarity with cost estimating and tendering processes. Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications or memberships are a plus.
