Job description

Are you someone passionate about using geochemistry to solve complex mine closure challenges and creating a lasting positive impact? If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you. We’re growing in the North American region and are on the lookout for an ambitious Intermediate Consultant (Geochemist) to join our dynamic team. Preparing proficient technical documentation and reports for geochemistry related projects. Planning and execution of technical tasks of moderate scope and complexity, including establishing work plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Applying a strong understanding of metal leaching and acid rock drainage processes to evaluate geochemical risks and develop practical mine waste management, closure, and reclamation solutions. Developing conceptual site models to support prediction of mine waste geochemical performance and water quality. Interpreting static and kinetic test results and integrate findings into predictive geochemical models. Supporting the development and calibration of geochemical and reactive transport models. Performing advanced data analysis, interpretation, and visualization to support geochemical assessments and decision-making. Preparing technical scopes of work, contribute to proposal development, and support cost estimate preparation.
