Job description
Job Title: Intermediate Digital Publisher ROLE OVERVIEW The Digital Publisher is responsible for implementing, publishing and maintaining digital experiences within the Contentstack CMS as part of the Web Transformation Programme. Working closely with Product Designers, Content Designers, SEO Specialists, Product SMEs and Developers, the Digital Publisher ensures that approved experiences are accurately translated into the CMS and are ready for production. This role serves as the final quality gate before release, ensuring every page meets the set standards for content quality, accessibility, SEO, governance, responsive design and customer experience. RESPONSIBLITIES Publish and maintain web pages, landing pages, forms, media assets and other digital content within Contentstack CMS. Translate approved UX designs and content into production-ready web pages while maintaining consistency across the site. Ensure all pages adhere to defined templates, components, design system standards and governance guidelines. Act as the final quality assurance checkpoint before publication, validating page structure, metadata, accessibility, links, assets, localization and overall customer experience. Work collaboratively with Product Designers, Content Designers, SEO Specialists and Product SMEs to resolve publishing issues and ensure accurate implementation. Apply SEO best practices across all published content, including metadata, page hierarchy and search optimization. Support large-scale content migration activities, ensuring content is migrated accurately, consistently and efficiently. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance, identifying and resolving publishing or CMS-related issues prior to launch. Maintain existing pages and implement ongoing enhancements as part of continuous optimization activities. Ensure all digital content aligns with the client’s brand standards, governance requirements and accessibility principles. CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years' experience publishing and managing enterprise websites. Experience using enterprise Content Management Systems (Contentstack preferred). Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations or digital replatforming initiatives. Strong understanding of responsive web publishing, SEO, accessibility and content governance. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify publishing inconsistencies before release. Comfortable working within cross-functional agile squads alongside Design, Content, SEO, Development and Business SMEs. Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced programme environment. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or Diploma. Relevant UX Writing, Content Design, or Digital Content certifications would be advantageous.
