Date Posted: 2026-07-23 Country: Singapore Location: SG-01-SINGAPORE-051A ~ 51 Seletar Aerospace View ~ 51 SELETAR AEROSPACE VIEW, P&W Manufacturing Services Position Role Type: Onsite Responsibilities Participate and play an active contributory role in the acquisition, delivery and commissioning of capital equipment, turnkey solutions & ancillary fixtures/tooling's for manufacturing product lines. Support the delivery of various product lines by working on development & evaluation and aspects of the manufacturing processes. Support the engineering initiative to deliver first article inspection (FAI) for various product lines. Participate in continuous improvement projects for mature product lines and be responsible for product quality. Identify opportunities for setup reduction, improvement strategies and process mechanization. Work with engineers and related departments to optimize manufacturing methods and equipment used in production. Requirement Diploma or Bachelor in Business, Engineering or relevant courses Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Open-minded and motivated to learn Learning Outcome Exposure to Aerospace MRO Industry , Engine Centre/Component Repair/Manufacturing Collaborate with various departments (Engineering, Production and Quality) Learning continuous improvement tools using CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
