Intern Intelligent Automation

Job description

Fresenius Medical Care core values: Fresenius Medical Care is a people business. Our success depends on having the best and brightest employees, and helping them attain their personal and professional goals while delivering excellence in patient care and business results. Our employees embody our culture which is based on core values supporting our promise to improve the quality of life of every patient every day. These core values are: We Care. We Connect. We Commit. About the role. You'll join our automation team and build real things from your first weeks: SQL queries, Python scripts, small Power Apps and the data behind them, used by Finance and HR teams across the organisation. You'll work alongside our developers, who review your work and show you how it's done properly. We care more about how you think than about what's on your CV: you learn fast, you like working with data, and you'd rather understand a problem than guess at it. What you'll do: Write SQL queries to extract, check and transform data for our automations and reports. Build small automations and data-processing scripts in Python and VBA. Help design and build simple databases and data models. Build simple apps and flows on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Clean, reconcile and validate data from SAP extracts, Excel and other business sources. Document what you build so others can run and maintain it. What you bring: Student (ideally 3rd year or above) or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics or a related field. Working knowledge of SQL and Python, from studies, personal projects or previous internships. Expect to show us something you've built. A good eye for data: you notice when numbers don't add up. Quick learner who thinks independently and asks good questions. Nice to have: Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI; Excel and Power Query; interest in finance processes or AI tools for automation. Our offer: Civil contract (umowa zlecenie) Opportunity to gain valuable experience within a global organization Learning and development support from experienced team members Friendly and collaborative work environment Exposure to an international business environment and cooperation with colleagues from different countries Hybrid work model
