Job description

As a People Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the People Ops team in delivering accurate, compliant, and employee-centric HR services during a 3–6 month Co-op / Tamheer training program. In this role, you will learn core people operations processes, assist with day-to- day HR transactions under close supervision, and build practical knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and government platforms. You will contribute to data integrity, process improvement, and a consistent, positive employee experience across the organization.
