Define your future at Hong Leong Bank Your responsibilities include: Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of product marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives for the Money Transfer & FX portfolio. Support the development and enhancement of Money Transfer & FX products by conducting market research, competitor benchmarking and customer insights analysis. Assist in analysing product performance, campaign effectiveness and business metrics such as transaction volume, revenue, customer acquisition and digital adoption, and prepare reports and presentations for Management. Support the preparation of business proposals, product papers, presentation materials and marketing collateral for internal stakeholders. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Distribution Channels to support product enhancement initiatives and campaign execution. Assist in managing project timelines, meeting coordination, action trackers and follow-up activities to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process documentation and validation activities for new product features and system enhancements. Support the review and maintenance of product information, operating procedures, customer communications and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency. Conduct industry research on emerging payment trends, digital banking innovations, fintech developments and competitor offerings, and present findings to the team. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and digital adoption through process enhancements and automation initiatives. Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing strategic projects, campaigns and business initiatives undertaken by the Money Transfer & FX team. Perform any other duties and projects assigned by the Team Lead or Head of Money Transfer & FX from time to time. Requirements Undergraduate currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, International Business, FinTech, Banking, Data Analytics or a related discipline. Internship duration of at least 3 to 6 months. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in product management, digital banking and financial services. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI or data visualisation tools is an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
