Job Description As an intern in the Shared Services Centre team, you will support the project team (Digital & Tech) by assisting in day-to-day project coordination activities. Responsibilities Support project management tasks such as maintaining project plans and tracking project activities, timelines and milestones S et up and coordinate meetings , workshops , and project-related events Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external project resources Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Currently pursuing a D egree in I nformation Technology , Analytics , or any other related disciplines Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Detailed-oriented and meticulous Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
