As an Analyst, you will play a significant role in supporting the Transaction Services team in delivering high-quality services to a diverse range of clients, including prestigious Private Equity firms and Corporates. In this position, you will work closely with experienced professionals including Managing Directors, Directors, and Senior Associates, contributing to the execution of financial due diligence and advisory projects. You will be involved throughout the entire deal process, tackling both buy-side and sell-side tasks while gaining invaluable experience in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Key Accountabilities

Requirements
- Undergraduate, graduate degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field
- Internship experience in Audit, Transaction Services, M&A, or Private Equity is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating a proactive approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing
