Internship Overview/The Role : We are looking for a University Relations & Community Partnerships intern to join our rapidly growing team of college and youth marketing enthusiasts. As a University Relations & Community Partnerships intern, you will be part of our University Relations team and actively contribute to the success of key client marketing campaigns and on-campus activations. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to get a feel for what it’s like to work and be successful in an agency environment. What You'll Do: Assist the University Relations team with planning and coordinating on-campus events, activations, and other college marketing initiatives. Research and source new contacts at colleges and universities to help grow our network of campus and community relationships. Support outreach and relationship-building with university departments, student organizations, campus partners, and other key stakeholders. Participate in team research and brainstorms to help develop new, creative ways to engage college audiences and campus communities. Conduct research on colleges, universities, student organizations, campus culture, and relevant opportunities to support client campaigns. Share insights into current student consumer habits, behaviors, trends, and campus culture. Assist with ongoing University Relations and Community Partnerships projects and campaign needs. What We're Looking For: You are currently enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. You have an eye for up-and-coming, Gen-Z based trends, and you’re a creative thinker that is willing to travel outside of the box for the right solutions. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable building relationships with a variety of people and organizations. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once. You are proactive, resourceful, and excited to research, identify, and pursue new partnership opportunities. You have an unmatched work ethic and are eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
