And we're happy to compensate you for helping us land them. **Referral Bonus Structure:** *Reminder: All bonuses are paid out **after** the referral completes their first 90 days*. - **Physicians** *(Medical Directors, Attending, Collaborating)*: $3,500 *(Limited Time Only!)* - **Providers** *(Primary Care, Subspecialty)*: $2,500 - **Care Coordinators** *(Brooklyn & Florida Hubs)*: $1,000 - **Medical Assistants and Techs:**$1,000 - **Office Staff**: $500 **How to Refer:** We know you've got a lot on your plate, so we've made this as low-lift as possible.
