We’re looking for a data-driven **Marketing Manager** to own our content strategy, amplify our brand, and drive measurable growth. Our team works closely with Sales, Product, and People to shape how merchants and talent perceive Bigblue—making logistics not just seamless, but inspiring. You'll report to the Marketing Team Lead. Marketing at Bigblue serves five core purposes: **1. Generate and capture demand** to achieve ambitious targets for new inbound Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). **2. Position Bigblue as the essential go-to logistics partner for European brands.** We use thought leadership, customer stories, and impactful branding to make Bigblue the top choice for ambitious brands. **3. Support the sales team** by providing resources, content, and tools that help advance and close deals—ensuring our commercial teams are equipped to win in a competitive market. **4. Bring in referrals** by building a brand and customer experience that merchants and partners are proud to recommend, amplifying our reach through word-of-mouth and advocacy. **5. Attract top talent** by showcasing our culture, mission, and impact—ensuring Bigblue is recognised as a destination employer for those who want to shape the future of commerce. ### Missions - **Own Bigblue’s Content Strategy:** Develop and execute a content roadmap spanning customer stories, newsletters, landing pages, and high-impact video content. - **Lead Social Media:** Manage and grow Bigblue’s presence on both paid and organic channels, creating engaging campaigns that drive inbound demand and brand awareness. - **Project Manage AMB Initiatives:** Coordinate cross-functional projects to support Account-Based Marketing (AMB) and demand capture for merchants ready to switch logistics. - **Landing Page Development:** Collaborate with designers and product teams to create and optimise landing pages that convert high-intent prospects. - **Employer Brand:** Partner with People teams to elevate Bigblue’s employer brand to attract top talent. - **Performance & Analytics:** track results, and optimise content and campaigns for maximum impact and ROI. ### What Success Looks Like - A steady pipeline of inbound leads from content and social channels. - High engagement rates on video and social campaigns. - Bigblue is recognised for its thought leadership and strong employer brand in the logistics and commerce space. - Efficient project delivery for AMB and cross-team marketing initiatives. ### You will succeed in this role if you have: - +3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup targeting SMBs or mid-market companies or e-commerce marketing - Launched a new market - A doer mindset, no challenge is too big for you - Portfolio of content and video projects that drove measurable results - Experience with paid and organic social, newsletter strategy and campaign optimisation - Strong project management skills; able to lead cross-functional teams and deliver on tight timelines - Data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French, you should understand the market that you're working with - Creative, autonomous, and eager to experiment and learn ### Requirements - nice to haves - Commerce Fulfilment Knowledge: Working knowledge and understanding of e-commerce fulfilment processes - Knowing Spanish or German are a plus as we have coworkers in Spain and Germany
