Product Information Food & Beverage Solutions We have launched a new platform called Food and Beverage solutions, part of our ingredients and solutions reporting unit. This platform consolidates our current category solutions capabilities and innovation infrastructure. We support customers in developing new consumer concepts and application solutions at our four customer solution centers in Amsterdam, Bangalore, Chicago, and Singapore. Food and Beverage solutions leverages the strengths of our five product platforms, including their global and sustainable supply chain capabilities, a complementary portfolio of high-quality food and ingredients, and extensive ingredient expertise. This enables us to address a diverse range of customer requirements in the rapidly evolving Food and Beverage industry. Built on deep consumer, category, and application understanding, we are enhancing our application and R&D capabilities to provide an end-to-end integrated customer experience. Job Description About the Role We are looking for a creative, curious, and hands-on Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, creating attractive designs, learning about customers, and supporting a variety of marketing activities. You will work closely with the marketing team on real projects, from developing customer concepts and presentation materials. A key part of the role is staying curious about what is new and trending. You will discover interesting products across food and beverage categories, monitor social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and XiaoHongShu, and help the team understand emerging product trends and consumer behaviours. You will also support consumer, market, and competitor research projects when needed. Alongside these creative and research activities, you will support the team with marketing coordination and day-to-day administrative tasks, including invoice processing, purchase requests and payment tracking. Key Responsibilities • Create simple and engaging marketing materials, including presentation decks, social media content, brochures, customer concept boards, and other visual assets. • Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas based on customer briefs, campaign needs, or business objectives. • Support marketing campaigns, events, digital content, and internal communications. • Discover and curate unique, innovative, and trending products across food & beverage categories• Track, analyse and identify emerging product trends and consumer behaviors from viral content, creators, communities, and cultural moments on social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, XiaoHongShu, etc.) • Support ad hoc consumer, market, and competitive intelligence projects. • Help coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and other external partners. • Assist with administrative tasks such as processing invoices, raising purchase requests, tracking payments, and maintaining simple marketing records. Skills, Attitude & Mindset • Comfortable using design tools such as Canva, MAgnific or similar platforms. • Able to create clean, attractive, and easy-to-understand designs and presentations. • Confident in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and basic Excel. • Interested in understanding customer needs and developing ideas that are relevant to them. • Comfortable speaking with colleagues and presenting simple ideas or concepts. • Able to conduct online research and organise information clearly. • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. • Excited about food & drinks - a foodie • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. • Takes ownership of work and follows through on commitments. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
