Design a better process: Help define a clearer, simpler way to manage requests ( To‑Be ), with clear roles, priorities, and categories. Work on automation and digital tools: Support the creation of simple automated workflows and forms to track requests in one place and reduce manual effort. Define timelines and rules: Help set response times (SLAs) and basic guidelines so everyone knows how to submit requests properly. Test and improve: Build a first version of the solution, test it with users, collect feedback, and improve it step by step. Measure results: Track key metrics (number of requests, response time, delays) and show results in a simple dashboard. Document and hand over: Create clear documentation so the team can continue using and improving the process after your internship. What will you learn? Request management patterns: ServiceNow Service Catalog, form design, workflow/routing, and Virtual Agent in Microsoft Teams; when to favour Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate) for light workflows.
