What you'll do... Supporting the Sales Manager with various sales projects, administrative tasks and reporting Assisting with onsite sales visits and providing general support to the Sales team Supporting the onboarding and welcoming process for new members Ensuring the pantries and printer stations are clean, organized and regularly restocked Supporting communication activities, including creating Canva posters, managing the members’ app, preparing newsletters and communicating with members in person Conducting regular Look & Feel tours to ensure that our spaces are clean, welcoming and well maintained Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up according to members’ needs Supporting Reception with day passes, packages, letters and day-to-day operations Assisting with the organization and execution of events, as well as actively participating in them What we're looking for...
