Location: London, UK (Hybrid) Level: Senior Manager Practice: AI & Data Shape the Future of Data and AI with Snowflake This is a client-facing leadership role for someone who can work directly with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value business problems, shape Snowflake-based AI and data solutions, and lead delivery teams to build scalable outcomes. You will combine deep expertise in the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, Snowflake Cortex AI, Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst, Snowpark, Snowflake data engineering, governance, secure data sharing and modern cloud data architecture with a strong consulting and commercial mindset. Snowflake is increasingly positioning Cortex AI as a way to build AI-powered analytics, work with structured and unstructured data, orchestrate data agents and keep AI close to governed enterprise data. Snowflake has also announced expanded capabilities across Snowflake Intelligence and Cortex Code to support agentic enterprise workflows and governed AI development We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager – Snowflake AI & Data Consulting Lead to help accelerate our Snowflake Alliance and lead the next wave of data and AI transformation for our clients. This is a leadership role at the intersection of consulting, technology, innovation, and strategic alliances. You will combine deep expertise across the Snowflake ecosystem—including Snowflake Data Cloud, Cortex AI, Snowpark, Native Apps, Data Sharing, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Modern Data Platforms—with a strong consulting mindset to help clients modernize data estates, unlock AI-driven insights, and deliver measurable business outcomes. As a key leader within our AI & Data Practice, you will work closely with Snowflake, EY’s Snowflake practice, client executives, and sector teams to develop market-leading propositions, shape strategic opportunities, build high-performing teams, and deliver transformative data and AI programs powered by Snowflake. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for scaling our Snowflake Data and AI business, helping clients move from fragmented data environments to intelligent, AI-powered enterprises. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead solution shaping, support business development activities, cultivate our relationship with Snowflake, and develop a team of architects and engineers capable of delivering world-class data and AI solutions. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a technology solution workshop, executive boardroom discussion, sales pursuit, or delivery governance meeting. Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Solution Shaping Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify business problems and value pools, translate business needs into Snowflake-led solution designs, build prototypes and proof points. Shape end-to-end solutions leveraging: - Snowflake Data Cloud, Cortex AI, Snowpark, Snowflake Native Applications, Modern Data Platforms etc T eam Leadership & Delivery Build, lead, upskill and mentor a high-performing team of Snowflake engineers, and consultants. Land into a client environment, decode the business pain, build a prototype or solution narrative, align stakeholders, create a commercial case, and then mobilise delivery with a team of Snowflake trained experts Ensure successful delivery of complex Snowflake transformations, including: Data Platform Modernisation Cloud Migration Data Products AI and Generative AI Solutions Data Governance and Operating Models Provide oversight for solution governance, architecture reviews, and key design decisions. Alliance Leadership Work closely with Snowflake alliance leadership to identify and execute joint go-to-market opportunities. Collaborate on co-selling opportunities, innovation workshops, industry campaigns, and executive events. Act as an ambassador for the firm's AI & Data capabilities across the Snowflake ecosystem. Sales & Growth Work closely with account leaders, sector leaders, and other practice leaders to develop a strong Snowflake opportunity pipeline. Develop differentiated propositions that combine deep industry expertise with Snowflake technology capabilities and contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets across AI & Data services. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will: Become a recognised Snowflake AI and Data leader internally and externally. Shape and close strategic Snowflake-led opportunities and create a sustainable and growing pipeline of transformation programmes that contribute significantly to AI & Data practice growth. Establish a leading Snowflake capability recognised for technical excellence and innovation. Translate business challenges into practical, scalable Snowflake-powered solutions. Increase joint pipeline, co-sell activity, and strategic engagement with Snowflake. Skills & Experience Essential Extensive experience in consulting, technology advisory, or data transformation roles Deep expertise across the Snowflake ecosystem. Strong understanding of: Snowflake Data Cloud Snowpark Cortex AI Data Engineering & Analytics AI and Generative AI Modern Data Architectures Proven track record of shaping and selling large-scale data and technology transformation programmes. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and delivery professionals. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Commercial mindset with experience supporting sales, pipeline development, and revenue growth. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Desirable Experience working directly with Snowflake account teams and alliance organisations. Advanced level certifications in Snowflake products and solutions Experience in industry-led digital transformation programmes. Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and enterprise adoption frameworks Commercially astute and growth oriented mindset.
