Prior experience with Fishbowl Inventory is a major plus!What You'll Do DailyData Entry & Sales Orders: Accurately process and enter sales orders directly into the Fishbowl Inventory system without missing a detail.Reconciliation & Auditing: Perform regular inventory reconciliations, audit stock levels, and investigate discrepancies to maintain ironclad record keeping.Warehouse Operations: Partner with receiving, storage, and fulfillment teams to streamline physical-to-digital inventory workflows.Cross-Team Communication: Act as the clear, collaborative bridge between warehouse personnel, sales, and management to resolve stock questions fast.What You Bring to the TableInventory & Warehouse Mastery: Proven knowledge of inventory management practices, receiving procedures, storage protocols, and auditing.Fishbowl Expertise: Hands-on experience with the Fishbowl Inventory system preferred (or advanced proficiency with similar ERP/inventory software).Uncompromising Accuracy: Exceptional data entry skills with an eagle eye for spotting record keeping errors before they become problems.Strong Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.Why Join Us?
