**Vixxo**is seeking a full-time Inventory and Control Logistics Specialist to manage a territory in person, including San Jose, CA, and the surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 p/h to $26 p/h, depending on experience. **THE ROLE:** As an Inventory and Control Logistics Specialist, you will work independently to provide outstanding customer service by ensuring timely deliveries, accurate inventory audits, and professional interactions throughout your assigned territory. **WHO WILL LOVE THIS JOB:** - A **reliable operator:**You are dependable with deadlines and work through challenges that may impact timely service calmly, coolly, and collectedly by finding ways to meet your service delivery goals. - A **clear communicator:** You are customer-focused and can explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical individuals. - A **constant learner:** You are unafraid to ask questions and constantly strive to refine your technical expertise. **TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Complete assigned delivery work, including driving a company vehicle, and arrive home safely at the end of your workday. - Manage the sorting, cycle counts, and delivery of inventory per established customer guidelines from a secured facility and/or to various client locations. - Build strong relationships with your customers and inspire loyalty by providing professional, reliable services that adhere to all safety rules. - Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements set by customers, including conducting thorough inspections, performing timely, correctly executed equipment maintenance, and completing descriptive, accurate paperwork. **QUALIFICATIONS:** - At least 1 year of Inventory management experience in handling, sorting, and cycle counting in a delivery, retail, inventory management, or warehouse-related role. - At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role - Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks. - Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance **WHAT VIXXO HAS TO OFFER YOU:** - Competitive base pay based on experience and certifications. - Start with 15 days of PTO, 2 Floating Holidays, and 6 paid company holidays. - Benefits-eligible in first 60 days: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance and life insurance - 401K Match - Professional and career development opportunities - Military Friendly and Equal Opportunity Employer **Successful applicants come from various backgrounds, including Professional Services, Technicians, Delivery Drivers, Package Handling, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Retail, and Healthcare.**
