Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to support daily processes and maintain accurate inventory records for our Huel contract , based at our Wellingborough site (NN8 6XX) . You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis on an ‘any 5 days out of 7’ shift pattern, between the hours of 06:00 and 14:00 . Two positions are available: Position 1: Primarily working Monday to Friday . Position 2: Primarily working Tuesday to Saturday . Both roles require flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7 in line with business needs. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer an hourly rate of £14.74 In addition, we offer 20 days holiday pay (plus statutory days) Access to a variety of high street discounts Cycle to work scheme Workplace pension Free online learning through GXO University And many other perks What you’ll do on a typical day: Complete inventory cycle checks/counts Investigate, resolve, and prevent inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction history in the WMS (Warehouse Management System) Coordinate contact with the customer Provide general admin support for and stock/order queries and provide timely and accurate updates Utilise a WMS to maintain appropriate work documents What you need to succeed at GXO: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Previous Inventory experience in a warehouse environment Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Excel Experience in working with WMS systems We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
