WHO YOU ARE You are a curious, social, analytical, and commercially minded professional with a genuine passion for investing, innovation, and entrepreneurship. You are a proactive self-starter who builds trust through collaboration and clear communication. You balance attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective, and you are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of both our portfolio companies and H&M Group's future ambitions.
