Business Development and Marketing Primary responsibility will be to provide expert investment advice and guidance to clients Solicit new customers and increase product penetration in existing base, work collectively with relationship managers to expand client base. Participate and support consumer sales marketing activities for customers’ acquisition and retention Cross-sell to existing bank customers to expand customers’ share of wallet Organize, execute and participate in sales activities and joint appointments with Sales Managers Promote the Bank’s investment or insurance products Client relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationship [p with clients' understanding their investment goal, risk appetite and financial needs. Provide regular updates on investment performance, discuss market trends and address client's enquiries and concerns Develop personalized investment strategies aligned with client's objectives and risk profiles Analyze financial market, economic trends, industry developments and make informed investment recommendations a adjustments to client' portfolio Market Research and training Stay abreast of market trends economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may impact investment strategies and client portfolios Provide support and relevant training and discussion to relationship managers Compliance and Regulations Adhere to regulatory requirements and Bank's internal policies related to investment advisory service. Maintain accurate and up to date records of clients' interactions, investment recommendations and any relevant compliance documentation Degree in Banking/Business Administration/Economics Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking preferably with experience in investment or insurance products High achiever in previous capacity with no adverse sales or service related complaints in the past 12 months Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and a good team player Professional Accreditation: CMFAS Certification preferred
