Investment Director - Property Sales

Job description

We are building the operating system and wealth management platform for buy-to-let investing. Our mission is to make professional, institutional-grade property investing open to everyone. **GetGround** is the all-in-one UK property investment platform. Investors use it to set up and run limited companies, arrange mortgages, manage lettings, handle accounting and tax, and track performance in one place. - Over £2.5bn of property administered on the platform - 30,000+ active customers and a database of 120,000+ property investors - A network of 1,700+ partners, including lenders, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, accountants and tax specialists - Offices in the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai - Backed by leading FinTech and WealthTech investors and angels **BuyAssociation** brings 20 years of direct-to-developer relationships. That gives our investors access to some of the best investment property in the market, often before it reaches the open market. Together, we cover the full investor journey: find the right asset, buy it in the right structure, then let the platform manage and grow it. ## **Why join us** If you've built a career in property sales and want to move into AI-first fintech and proptech, this is your chance. You keep doing what you're great at – selling property – but with a far stronger proposition behind you. - **Sell more than a property.** Every deal comes with a full ownership solution: company structure, finance, lettings, management and reporting, all run by GetGround. - **Better stock, warmer leads.** BuyAssociation's developer relationships give you access to quality stock. Our 120,000+ investor database, partner network and marketing engine keep your pipeline full. - **AI-first tooling.** We build with AI at the core, so you spend less time on admin and more time with clients. - **Long-term relationships, not one-off sales.** Investors stay on the platform, so you can grow with them from their first property to a full portfolio. - **Enterprise exposure.** In 2026 we expanded into enterprise B2B partnerships. You'll sell to institutional clients alongside private investors – experience that is rare in property sales. - **Startup pace, real scale.** A fast-moving team disrupting a traditional industry, with £2.5bn+ of property already on the platform. - **Uncapped earnings.** A very competitive base for the property industry, with unlimited commission potential. ## **What you'll do** You'll help investors acquire new assets for their portfolios, which GetGround then structures, manages and runs. You'll work across private investors and enterprise partners. ## **Investor sales** - Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to completion, for UK and international buy-to-let investors - Understand each investor's goals, budget and strategy, and match them with suitable stock from our developer network - Present the full GetGround proposition: ownership structure, mortgage, lettings and ongoing management - Manage a pipeline of inbound leads, database opportunities and partner referrals, and generate your own - Guide investors through reservation, legal, finance and completion, working with developers, solicitors and our in-house mortgage team - Build long-term relationships and grow investors from first purchase to multi-property portfolios ## **Enterprise and B2B sales** We are expanding into enterprise B2B partnerships. This opens up opportunities to sell to institutional clients, giving you exposure to B2B sales alongside our core B2C investor business. ### **Ways of working** - Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets - Keep HubSpot up to date and use data to manage your pipeline and forecast - Share market insight with the Head of Investment Sales to shape stock, pricing and proposition - Stay current on the UK property market, developer launches and buy-to-let trends ## **What we're looking for** - A proven track record in property sales – ideally new-build, off-plan or investment property - Experience closing high-value deals with investors, and comfort managing a full sales cycle - The determination and appetite to sell to institutional and enterprise customers; B2B experience is a strong plus - Strong knowledge of the UK buy-to-let market, including limited company ownership, finance and lettings - A consultative, client-first approach that builds trust and long-term relationships - Self-motivated and target-driven, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced startup - Curiosity about technology and AI, and willingness to adopt new tools - Confident with a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and with data **Nice to have:** experience with international investors (USA, Africa, India, Turkey, Hong Kong, Singapore, Middle East), an existing investor network, or a background in wealth management or financial services. ## **What we offer** - Highly competitive base salary for the property industry - Uncapped commission – no ceiling on what you can earn - Equity options – share in the company's success - Hybrid working from our London Waterloo office - International exposure, with teams in Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai and opportunities to travel - Career growth in a scaling business, with a clear route into senior and enterprise sales roles - A fast-paced, mission-driven team that is changing how people invest in property **What we are building:**The first end-to-end real estate investment offering - making the dream of owning real estate more accessible to everyone globally. **Diversity & inclusion at GetGround:** We encourage applications from all sections of society and we believe in the criticality of an inclusive culture.
