### **About USVC** We’re on a mission to allow everyone to own a stake in the future being built by private technology companies. That changes with USVC: a new SEC-registered fund by AngelList Asset Management that broadens access to venture capital, allowing retail investors to gain exposure to promising companies before they become well-known. USVC leverages AngelList’s network of 4,500+ active managers running 25,000+ funds and backing 13,000+ active startups to access exposure to tomorrow’s defining companies ### **About the Role:** This is a rare opportunity to reshape how the public invests in innovation. You'll come in at the ground level to help build a world-class operations function at the forefront of venture and fintech, backed by AngelList's platform and reputation. You will own transforming investment decisions into closed positions. You will support USVC and a growing range of co-invest vehicles, accounts, and funds as our asset management business scales. This role owns the process that scales expanding private market access. ### Responsibilities: - Perform investment diligence - Own end-to-end investment controls - Complete investment documentation and coordinate execution - Orchestrate wire approvals - Build and maintain audit file for every investment - Manage exit operations - Support valuation and reporting cycles - Settle transactions with custodians ### What we’re looking for: - 4-6 years running transaction-level operations for private funds, RIAs, fund administrators, or custodians - Track record owning fund operations - Actively applying AI to build systems and gain leverage - Systems mindset, someone who looks for root causes and address patterns - Comfortable building new controls and adopting to new transaction structures - High attention to detail and low tolerance for unintentional risk
