Applications Team Lead The Applications Team Lead is a bold, hands-on leader and Epic expert who transforms complex ideas into powerful, real-world solutions. With a high degree of ownership and minimal supervision, this role leads application teams in designing, building, and supporting Epic systems that streamline work for providers, empower staff, and elevate the patient experience. As the trusted subject matter expert for assigned applications, you’ll own the full lifecycle—from strategy and design to build, optimization, and support. You’ll ensure systems are secure, efficient, compliant, and built to meet the real demands of healthcare operations. Whether supporting clinical, ancillary, or financial workflows, your work directly fuels high-quality patient care. This is where leadership meets impact.
