IT Services Associate Job Description (UK) Role Title IT Services Associate, London UK Role Purpose The IT Services Associate is primarily based at Synergy’s Pall Mall clubhouse location, a multi-purpose client-facing environment that serves as the operational hub for logistics, field services coordination, meetings and events. The role combines stock management, logistics, device deployment, user onboarding/offboarding, workplace stewardship and supervised field engineering activities, while providing a structured pathway towards a Field Services Engineer position. Core Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organised and client-ready workspace Courier hardware, equipment and spares to client sites across London Assist engineers with workstation, laptop and peripheral deployments Support 5G router installations and basic hardware troubleshooting under supervision Attend client sites to assist Synergy engineers and chaperone third-party suppliers Assist with scheduled user onboarding and offboarding activities Maintain accurate and timely records, asset tracking and operational documentation Study towards CompTIA A+ certification and engage in regular mentoring sessions Performance Expectations (Role Alignment & Success Criteria) Demonstrates reliability, punctuality and professionalism Acts as an ambassador for the Synergy brand, projecting a positive image at all times Maintains accurate stock and delivery records Provides excellent customer service to users and clients Shows continuous improvement in technical knowledge and capability Demonstrates progress through the career pathway towards Field Services Engineering Working Pattern & Requirements Full-time position Primarily London-based with travel to client sites Professional presentation and strong communication skills required Eligibility to work in the UK Progression Indicators Progression path: Phase 1: Clubhouse Operations Phase 2: Logistics & Asset Management Phase 3: Field Services Assistant Phase 4: User Lifecycle Services Phase 5: User Enablement Phase 6: Junior Field Engineer Phase 7: Field Engineer
