IT Support & Automation Specialist

Job description

Join Tylko, Where Design Meets Technology Founded in Warsaw, Poland, in 2015, Tylko is redefining how we design, shop for, and experience furniture. Frustrated by mass-produced, one-size-fits-all solutions, the team created something smarter: bespoke storage that balances cutting-edge technology, premium craftsmanship, and sustainable production. With millimetre-perfect precision, every piece is made-to-order and crafted locally , minimising waste and maximising longevity. The result? A new standard in furniture – one that fits your space, your style, and your life. Why It Matters We’re not just building furniture. We’re changing how people think about living with it. By merging technology and design, we help people create spaces that truly reflect who they are. If you believe that good design can make everyday life better, you’ll feel right at home here. How We Work We believe in small teams, big ideas, and simple processes. No endless paperwork, no silos. Just open communication, shared goals, and a healthy dose of curiosity. We start small, think big, and move fast, because progress always beats perfection . At Tylko, collaboration and trust aren’t buzzwords — they’re how we work. From day one, you’re part of a team that makes real decisions and brings them to life together. You’ll have the freedom to share ideas, turn them into action, and shape the space around you literally. Here, learning isn’t a bonus. It’s part of the job. AI is part of how we work - it's not an add-on here . We treat it like any other tool worth knowing: it helps us think, decide, and move faster. We're not looking for people who "know AI" - we're looking for people curious enough to rethink how they work altogether. You don't need to be an expert on day one - you need the drive to grow. About the Role As our IT Support & Automation Specialist, you'll combine hands-on IT support with building the automations that help it scale. Joining our IT Support team, you'll own more complex L2 issues, act as a go-to advisor and step in on everyday L1 requests whenever it's needed, while turning repetitive work into automated, self-service processes. We expect this role to evolve, so we're looking for someone with a solid L1 and L2 foundation who stays hands-on in support and has the ambition to take on a growing share of automation and, next, AI-powered solutions. Your mission is simple: if a problem keeps coming back, you automate it or eliminate it at the source. As your automation expertise grows, the role can reach beyond Support, with you building automations directly for business teams across Tylko. What You’ll Do You'll take ownership, make things happen, and see your impact. Specifically, you will: Own complex L2 issues across hardware, software and networks as the team's escalation point Step in on L1 requests as backup when needed, staying hands-on in everyday support Design and build automations and integrations in tools like n8n, Make or Zapier, using APIs, webhooks and scripting, and turn them into reusable patterns Automate provisioning and de-provisioning across onboarding and offboarding workflows Analyse support trends to find root causes and turn recurring requests into self-service or automated solutions Explore where AI can take your automations further, starting with simple, practical use cases Administer and secure SaaS applications, including accounts, licences and permissions, in line with security policies for identity, access and devices Advise teammates on technical issues and share know-how through runbooks and documentation Perks & Benefits One Extra Day Off every month – because balance matters Private healthcare – take care of yourself, not just your inbox Sports card – move, sweat, repeat Tylko discount – design your dream home, at a dream price Regular team get-togethers – we're serious about our memes and our integration events Dog-friendly office – four-legged coworkers welcome Best-in-class AI tools and time to master them – a modern, full AI stack, and real space to learn it; we invest in your fluency, not just your inbox What we’re looking for: Solid experience in L1 and L2 IT support, including hands-on work with users, devices and access Advanced troubleshooting across Windows, macOS and networks (VPN, Wi-Fi) Strong administrative experience with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Atlassian and Slack Hands-on experience building automations in n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools that are used in day-to-day work Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks and SaaS integrations Basic scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell or Python) to automate admin tasks Experience designing self-service processes or user-facing knowledge bases Fluent Polish and good command of English Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week Nice to have: Experience with LLM-based workflows or first AI agents Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) Python or JavaScript beyond the basics Experience measuring the impact of automations, e.g. time saved Experience building your own AI workflows, prompts, skills, or automations that others could reuse And last but not least, we're looking for someone who is: Ambitious to grow towards automation and AI, while staying hands-on in day-to-day support Proactive and automation-minded, with a habit of asking "why does this keep happening?" Analytical, able to break a process into steps and simplify it before automating Ready to take full ownership and work independently Flexible and happy to jump into hands-on L1 work when the team needs it A patient advisor who explains complex issues clearly to teammates and non-technical users Team-oriented and ego-free, sharing what you build so others can use it Ready to Design the Future with Us? If you’re looking for a place where your ideas matter, your curiosity is fuel, and your work has real impact — let’s talk. Join Tylko and help us make furniture smarter, homes happier, and everyday life a little more beautiful.
