With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game. ### RESPONSIBILITIES - Own end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access provisioning and deprovisioning, and equipment handoff. - Administer the company's core internal and external services (Google Workspace, Atlassian, Okta, LDAP, VPN, SIP), along with the office network and AV and conference-room systems. - Act as the primary on-site point of contact for the office, providing a mix of on-site and remote support with a strong customer-service focus. - Manage office IT equipment across its full lifecycle: procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of hardware (printers and scanners, peripherals, AV) and software, keeping the asset inventory accurate and all allocations logged. - Own vendor relationships for IT hardware and services (for example, Apple, Dell, Asus, Logitech). - Provide IT support for internal events such as meet-ups and conferences, and support employee desk moves and office reconfigurations. - Create and maintain clear IT documentation and runbooks for the systems and processes you own. ### REQUIREMENTS - At least 3 to 4 years of hands-on IT experience covering hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. - **Professional working proficiency in English and German**, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues. - Hands-on experience administering core business and identity systems (for example, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Okta, LDAP, VPN). - Experience with office networking, AV and conference-room systems, CCTV and physical security systems, and backup and recovery. - Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-service mindset. - Comfortable working independently and owning problems end to end in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. - Proactive and organized, eager to learn, with strong practical problem-solving skills.
