**The Salesforce Tester** will support the reliable delivery of Forterro’s Salesforce platform, with a particular focus on Salesforce CRM and CPQ. Working within Enterprise IT Applications, the role will translate business and technical requirements into structured test scenarios and provide clear evidence that new capabilities, enhancements and fixes are ready for release. This is a mid-level, hands-on quality assurance role for a tester with at least two years of experience testing Salesforce software development. The successful candidate will combine strong functional testing skills with a practical understanding of CRM and quote-to-cash processes, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals and downstream integrations. The role will work closely with product owners, business analysts, Salesforce administrators and developers, integration specialists and business subject-matter experts. The Salesforce Tester will contribute to a shift-left quality culture, strengthen regression coverage and help ensure that configuration-driven behaviour remains consistent across a complex, multi-business Salesforce environment.
