What you will work on
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide technical support across the company (in person, email, chat, or phone)
- Sett up accounts for new users
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Keep updated the asset management system and hardware inventory
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Coordinate the purchase and deployment of new computer hardware
What you bring
- University and/or Postgraduate Degree in a relevant field
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position
- A technical, logical thought process
- Problem-solving skills
- An ability to stick to strict deadlines, to prioritise and delegate
- A keen eye for detail
- English language (both verbal and written)
- Computer literacy
