IT Support Technician

Job description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide on-site end-user support and help maintain the smooth operation of IT services. The role combines troubleshooting, hardware and device management, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver effective support within a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment. Main Responsibilities Provide on-site IT support for end users, helping to resolve incidents, support workplace technology, and maintain a positive user experience. Provide L1-L2 end-user support. Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. Manage hardware and end-user devices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents. Deliver support through effective communication and customer service. Experience providing end-user IT support. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Strong communication and customer service skills.
