As part of ARCHIMED’s Information Systems Department (ISD), reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will be the primary face of IT for our Lyon headquarters. Serving a multicultural site of more than 40 nationalities, you will deliver high-quality end-user support, ensure workplace technology reliability, and actively contribute to ISD projects and the department’s broader impact across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-User Support & Service Desk
- Act as the first and primary point of contact for all IT requests and incidents on the Lyon site and support when needed for the other offices.
