Job description
NRI North America is looking for a qualified Computer Support Technician to join our professional services team that provides onsite support at school districts in Nassau County. This is a full-time opportunity that will be onsite 5 days per week and require travel between various sites throughout the day. ### Responsibilities - Respond to help desk tickets and assist users with hardware and software issues, providing prompt and courteous support. - Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to computers, printers, network connectivity, and other IT equipment. - Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and software applications for new and existing users. - Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software, ensuring optimal performance and security. - Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and inventory of IT assets.
