About the Role As an IT & Workplace Support Engineer, you will be embedded onsite with one of our key telecommunications clients, acting as a trusted technology partner for their workforce. All roles participate in a fortnightly shift rotation designed to provide service coverage between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday. From time to time, you will be required to participate in an on-call roster outside of standard service hours to support business and client requirements. Manage device lifecycle activities including deployments, refreshes and replacements. Maintain asset records, documentation and knowledge articles. Work with Service Desk teams, vendors and technical specialists to resolve issues. Contribute to service improvements, technology rollouts and user adoption initiatives. RequirementsEssentialCertificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in IT Support, Deskside Support, Tech Bar, Service Desk or Workplace Technology support. Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365 environments. Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware, software and mobility issues. Experience using ITSM tools and working within service levels. Enterprise, managed services or VIP support experience is advantageous.
