Constance Halaveli is a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a dedicated and professional IVD Host to join our exceptional team. As an In-Villa Dining Host, you will play a crucial role in delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our discerning guests within the comfort and privacy of their villas. Provide impeccable in-villa dining service, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction Take and process guest orders accurately, communicating effectively with the kitchen team Set up elegant dining arrangements within guest villas, paying meticulous attention to detail Present and serve food and beverages with grace and professionalism Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings Ensure proper handling and presentation of food and beverages Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality Strong communication abilities in English; additional languages are advantageous Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service techniques Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high standards Physical stamina to work long hours and carry trays and equipment Basic computer skills for processing orders and maintaining records 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or food service; luxury resort experience is preferred Understanding of international cuisines and dietary requirements Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and etiquette High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality is desirable Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude WORK WITH CONSTANCE 🌿 Join a team where well-being, career development, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
