The Opportunity: International Tax At PwC, our people in international tax focus on helping Canadian and foreign companies navigate the complexities of their international operations to drive value and manage risk. A career in our cross-border tax practice will provide you with the opportunity to assist Canadian and foreign companies with their cross-border investments, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, financing, structuring or restructuring of their operations. Being human-led and tech-powered, we provide various tax consultations in the context of cross-border transactions, including the application and management of global minimum tax rules and tax treaties between Canada and various countries. Your work may span advising complex international tax matters, optimizing tax positions, and delivering strategic insights that transform intricate cross-border challenges into confident, well-informed business decisions.
