Collaboration with cross‑functional teams will ensure the delivery of scalable, high‑performing solutions across cloud‑native and cloud‑agnostic environments. Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native and containerized applications using Java and modern cloud technologies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications leveraging cloud native and cloud agnostic services. **Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Java and cloud technologies. - Implement microservices architecture and develop RESTful APIs. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) - Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD automation and deployment workflows. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud platforms. - Apply security best practices to protect applications and data. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, reliability, and security. - Work closely with architects, product managers, and developers to deliver high‑quality solutions. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability. ### Education and Background - High School Diploma or equivalent(GED) required. - Secret Clearance ### Years of Experience 5 - 8 years ### Preferred Skills - Experience working with enterprise‑scale applications on AWS - Proficiency with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation - Background in DevSecOps environments - Strong skills in performance tuning and optimization - Previous consulting experience ### Working Conditions Onsite in Rosslyn, VA twice a week.
