At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior UX/UI Designer** to join our team in **Colombia**. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment. ## Position Overview As a **Senior UX/UI Designer**, you will lead the design of user-centric digital products, utilizing your expertise to create engaging and intuitive interfaces. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our design solutions not only meet client expectations but also enhance user experiences across platforms. ## Key Responsibilities: - **Client Interaction:** Forge strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and transforming their challenges into compelling design solutions. - **Collaborative Spirit:** Work closely with our product and engineering teams to create designs that marry aesthetics with functionality. - **Risk Mitigation:** Navigate the fundamental risks of product development—value, usability, feasibility, and viability—to ensure designs are impactful and user-friendly. - **Design Execution:** Develop and refine design concepts based on user feedback and testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - **Mentorship:** Guide junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the design team. - **Research and Analysis:** Employ modern user research strategies to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. - **Communication:** Clearly articulate design concepts and strategies to clients and team members, ensuring alignment and understanding. ## Requirements - A minimum of five years of relevant industry work, with at least two years as a lead designer—guiding clients, projects, and people. - A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in designing and shipping successful digital products and services. - Deep understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques. - Strong problem-solving ability amidst complex challenges. - Expertise in user experience and interaction design. - Exceptional design talents with stylistic breadth that demonstrates sensitivity to diverse subject matter. - Self-motivation, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams. ### Essential Technical Skills: - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. - Expertise in user experience and interaction design principles. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (nice-to-have). ### Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with design systems and component libraries. - Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices. --- At CI&T, we are driven by **Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation**.
