**Springdale, AR** We are seeking service-oriented Anesthesiologists to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. We currently have one full-time and one part-time opportunity available. This 1099 position offers high compensation, generous time off, and the chance to work with a supportive, collegial team in a thriving community. **Position highlights:** - **$311,000 1099** with 21 weeks off - Team of 5.5 Anesthesiologists: 3 on-site daily (1 supervising Main OR, 1 supervising Outpatient OR, and 1 available for CV cases) - One of the 3 is on primary call, 1 is off post-call, and 1 is on vacation - All physicians need to be heart capable; CV fellowship not required - Case mix: General, GI, Cath Lab, ENT, Bariatrics, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, and CV.
