- Report status and results
- Demonstrate proficiency with hand tools, soldering irons, and basic test equipment
- Assemble drone frames, motors, wiring systems, and electronic components according to detailed instructions and schematics
- Conduct functional tests, calibrations, and flight-readiness checks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to mechanical assembly, electrical connections, and firmware configuration
- Document assembly procedures, test results, and any deviations or repairs
- Assist with prototype builds and iterative design improvements

Requirements
Education/Training:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline preferred
Experience:
