We’re looking for a Jr. AI Process Engineer to work cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Customer Experience, and Merchandising teams to identify and build automations that streamline back-of-house business processes. You’ll pair a software engineering foundation with practical AI/LLM tooling to eliminate manual work, reduce errors, and improve the speed of day-to-day operations. You’ll work with the existing software engineering team, providing code review, architectural guidance, and mentorship. This is a technical, hands-on role. You’ll spend your time gathering requirements, mapping systems, writing code, building API integrations, deploying workflow automations, and experimenting with AI tooling — not managing people or writing strategy decks. The ideal candidate is someone who gets energy from seeing a clunky manual process and turning it into something that runs reliably on its own.
