## **About the Role** WebFX is seeking an entry-level candidate for our Project Management team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or will soon have one!), a track record of strong academics, and is excited about all things project management and web technology. Related experience is awesome to have, but never required - we'll train you on everything you need to know. ## **The Qualifications: Who You Are** **Education:** - A Bachelor's Degree: All majors welcome! - GPA: 3.4 or above *(Upcoming grads are encouraged to apply - we interview and hire up to a year in advance!)* **Suggested Experience and Skills:** - Prior part-time/summer job/internship experience (can be in any field) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Customer service experience (in any industry) - Presentation skills - Digital marketing experience (a bonus!) - Project management experience (a bonus!) **Tools/Technical Skills:** *(Not required, but awesome to have!)* - Excel/Google Suite - Basic HTML/CSS or UX experience - Experience with design or prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Canva) - Familiarity with using AI tools **Qualities and Traits:** - You have a great eye for aesthetically pleasing websites - You're organized, timely, and able to juggle multiple projects at once - You're interested in the web, and like keeping up with new technology - You're professional, dependable, and self-motivated - You take pride in your work and always strive for high-quality results - You work with urgency and enjoy getting things done - You're resilient, and know how to work through setbacks and come out stronger on the other side - You're proactive when it comes to solving problems - You're a lifelong learner, and are always looking to stretch and grow your skills - You love thinking both creatively and analytically, and love using data to make decisions **Don't stress if you don't have every experience listed - we hire for soft skills, and believe hard skills can be trained.
