If this fits your goals and you are motivated to learn, we want to hear from you! **What You'll Do** Learn and apply knowledge of mortgage fundamentals and sales skills real time, with focus on the following areas: - - Assist in identifying and onboarding qualified third-party originator and broker accounts. - Participate in sales calls with prospective and current accounts to learn about assessing client needs and opportunities. - Gain proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM, and innovative AI tools to maximize performance. - Support training efforts by providing accounts with information on systems, policies, procedures, and products. - Respond to account inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members as needed. - Serve as a liaison between accounts and the EPM operations teams, ensuring timely communication. - Collaborate with Sr. Account Executives and Sales Management to maintain strong client relationships. - Additional responsibilities related to business needs. - **What You Bring** - High school diploma required; college degree preferred. - 1+ years of professional work experience preferred, ideally in sales, customer service, or financial services. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). - Motivated and eager to learn with a proactive approach. - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. - Problem-solving mindset with willingness to seek guidance when needed. - Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills. - Basic knowledge of financial or mortgage terminology a plus.
