Communication Excellence: Impeccable, flawless command of written and spoken English is non-negotiable. Must display superior presence, confidence, and interpersonal poise when speaking with international stakeholders. Driven & Coachable: Exceptional eagerness to learn, high energy, strong intellectual curiosity, and a hands-on "can-do" attitude in a fast-paced environment. Tech-Savvy: High digital fluency with strong familiarity with modern SaaS tools, CRM systems, and online presentation platforms. ⭐ The Differentiators Academic/Extracurricular Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading student organizations, debate clubs, pitch competitions, or relevant sales internships. Global Market Curiosity: Basic foundational awareness of international payment gateways, cross-border e-commerce infrastructure, digital banking, or global fintech trends. ⏳ The Benefits Unrivaled Mentorship: Work directly with senior ex-banking leadership, acquiring real-world dealmaking experience and deep international payment domain expertise. Accelerated Career Path: Fast-track progression into a full Account Executive role while building domain mastery and closing commercial accounts globally.
