Job description

Junior Accountant BA in Accounting or similar field with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge: Principles and practices of accounting. • Knowledge of computer applications. • Effective skills in oral and written communication, both in Arabic and English (French is a plus) • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize. • Good time management skills Ability to analyze data for decision-making. • Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. QuickBooks system Performance Responsibilities: Improve the accounting data and charts. Verify and reconcile the statements of accounts for both suppliers and customers regularly. Generate a sales report for MAC Belgium and MAC Beirut. Generates a report and manages financial status of Mac Nigeria. Handle payments to suppliers with Bank in Belgium. Monitor outstanding payments and advise Operation department with updated statements to follow up with clients. Budgeting and Forecasting. Responsible for monitoring office expenses. Validate Clients payment terms and collaborate with the operation department and the CEO to improve payment terms with customers and suppliers. Trading Company - Export to west African Countries
