Job description
YOUR MISSION Own commercial operations and trading activities for direct-to-consumer business Be responsible for revenue growth and profitability improvement for channel Support creation and overseeing the overall promotional strategy for . Drive key initiatives and complex cross functional projects Define and monitor business KPIs, ensure stable operational processes Identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and process improvements Coordinate activities amongst relevant teams – Commercial, Merchandising, Content and Marketing to ensure unified and relevant customer experience Identify, assess and create proposals for new opportunities, business models or resource allocation. Drive and project manage implementation of strategic initiatives. YOUR TALENT Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant area First relevant work experience (at least 1 year) in eCommerce or Digital Industry Knowledge of standard Retail / eCOM processes and KPIs Strong analytical skills - ability to gather data and create meaningful analysis or reports Commercial mindset and ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English, fluency in German or another European language is a plus.
