Junior Commercial Project Manager – Southern Europe

## **The Wow** As a Junior Commercial Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of commercial projects across the Southern European market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope. You will play a key role in supporting project execution by coordinating activities, tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication between teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their project management skills in a fast-paced commercial environment. ## **A taster of what you will be involved with:** - Coordinate with cross team members, providers and suppliers to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules - Work alongside other PMs, product owner, designers, developers and QA teams to track deliverables and milestone - Assist in the management of project scope, ensuring change requests are properly documented and assisted - Support the definition of project tasks and resource requirements and allocation. - Prepare status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information - Assist with internal and external communication - Active participation in continuous improvement methodology ensuring a certain quality standard upon product launch (MVP) followed by further improvements based on iterative and evaluative feedback. - Work with internal stakeholders to ensure flagship campaigns are optimised - Evaluation and filtering of project requests by the internal stakeholders of the team ## **What we are looking for** - 1-3 years of experience in project management - Previous experience managing projects of medium scale - Technical background with a good understanding of different platforms and technologies is a plus - Experience liaising with Commercial, Operations and Marketing to either solve problems or deliver projects - iGaming experience would be a great asset - Mandatory Fluency in Italian - Strong command of English language both written and spoken - Strong organisational skill with the ability to manage multiple task simultaneously - Proficiency in project management tool such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or ## **What we offer** Much like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN!
