Assist with ongoing and periodic customer due diligence and monitoring activities. Maintain accurate and complete Compliance and Financial Crime records, registers and supporting documentation. Support the management of operational queues and ensure reviews and investigations are progressed within expected timeframes. Identify recurring issues, unusual patterns or potential control weaknesses and escalate these to the appropriate team member. Self-starter with curiosity, ownership, a willingness to learn and a collaborative mindset. Desired: Experience in payments, foreign exchange, remittance, banking or fintech. Exposure to transaction monitoring, financial crime investigations, ECDD or suspicious matter reporting. Familiarity with AML/CTF regulatory requirements and financial crime controls. Experience using customer screening, transaction monitoring or compliance platforms. Experience working in a scaling or fast-paced fintech environment.
